What problems we solve
Less debug with AI — deliver platform capability to the project site. AI understands, answers accurately; users just use it.
Lingdian AIoT started from a simple intent: stop burning nights on point matching and triage.
The expensive parts of IoT are rarely the VMs. They are two ledgers:
- People — point tables, residency, night calls, rework;
- Data — no owners, drifting definitions, reports nobody trusts after a few years.
We exist to shrink both: complexity stays in the platform; simplicity reaches the field; standards stay in the platform; trust accrues over time.
Three things that must be true
If a demo cannot prove these, feature lists do not matter:
| Must hold | How you check on site |
|---|---|
| First-pass onboard | Tables/payloads recognized or plugged in; configure by review, not another night of typing |
| Remote clarity | Raw + normalized searchable; Trace reaches the UI — no laptop required on the floor |
| Data you dare use | Synonyms and unit chaos caught or blocked; dirty data does not flow into business systems unchecked |
That is Lingdian’s own yardstick — not a race for “most protocols” or “most widgets.”
What actually burns money
| What happens at night | Why it costs | How we act |
|---|---|---|
| Point tables three times | Manuals, registers, models rewritten; one wrong address = all-night capture | AI reads tables/payloads; generate models & rules; humans review |
| Gateway as black box | Every new device needs a one-off script; protocol change patches the core | Hot-plug protocols; brownfield via templates — no hardware swap just to go online |
| Phone never stops | Offline, garbled data, OTA failures with no self-serve path | Q&A with device + log context; common faults close themselves first |
| Demo looks great; field needs experts | Capability stuck in the demo room | Gateway + admin / mini program put wiring and debug in the field |
| Nobody owns the data | No governance staff; three years later nobody explains a point | Standard parameters + thing models; dual-track audit trail |
What we refuse to compete on
| Others often sell | We insist on |
|---|---|
| Long protocol matrices | Less debug — is the path to “online” short? |
| Module checklists | To the field — can non-experts progress without resident experts? |
| “Middle platform” slogans | Data you dare use — who holds definitions when there is no data team? |
| Bolted-on AI chat | Understands & answers — about this device, point, and log |
Features can be many. This home page answers one question: why fewer nights, less residency, less rotten data.
Who does less work
| Who | Does less of | Gains |
|---|---|---|
| Integrators | Living in the plant, midnight captures | Remote clarity; show up at critical nodes; reuse the next site |
| Device makers / OEM | Building a full software stack | Access, models, OTA, admin as a delivery pack; focus on hardware |
| Plant / campus owners | Staring at screens, mismatched Excels | Alarms in daily ops; ledger/care closed on phone; reports they trust |
| Solution vendors | Rewriting the base every project | Same layers and plugins moved to the next field |
How the platform carries those two ledgers
Not another menu dump — where the savings come from:
Field devices / gateways
│ protocol plugins · AI recognition
▼
Unified thing-model semantics (business words, not registers)
│ dual-track: raw for audit · normalized for compute
▼
Alarms · rules · SCADA · ledger ops
│ Open API · data forward
▼
Your MES / business apps / screens
- Less debug — codecs become “load a module / review results,” not “patch the core.”
- To the field — mini program and admin share one control plane; operators use business words.
- Data you dare use — standard parameters + dual-track hold definitions without a full-time team.
- Less lock-in — private start on 4C2G with the same boundaries to scale; business systems via forward/API.

Fit check
Fit if you need to:
- turn multi-protocol brownfield into operable data quickly;
- cut debug/residency costs higher than “buy another server”;
- operate after connect (alarms, ledger, care) — not only a device list;
- keep data auditable and integrable — not re-collect in three years.
Not the main path if you:
- have no devices and only want a pure business website;
- only want the longest protocol name list, not field human cost or data trust.

One line
Fewer nights, less residency, less untrusted data — capability to the field; users just use it.
